Regarding file sharing, as long as your site is of legal nature and not infringing on the copyrights of others then it will be okay. Please understand that we must take actions to prevent the use of our servers for non legal activity.

VPS Plans include WHM so you can use the VPS just like you would a Reseller Plan. Our VPS Plans also include private nameservers so you can provide your customers with customer DNS.
