(newbie alert: only signed up to hostv.com today)
I'm in the same boat as grilledtuna...i.e. I also accidentally set them to default (ns1.hostv.com) and now I can't change the first IP address to switch to a different nameserver.
Under Networking Setup I've tried to remove the default (ns1.hostv.com) by clicking on the RED X link, which does appear to free up the ip address...well, I get the following message: The ip xx.xx.xxx.xxx is now ready for re-use as a different nameserver but when I try to assign that IP to n1.mydomainname.com it says I've run out of IP addresses...
Any tips? |
