Once again I had a problem getting everything up and going, and once again Support came through very quickly.
I had a problem with cirtex shared hosting in the past and left them, found a good shared hosting that worked for awhile. You seem to have worked out alot of your support issues.
I am new to vps and still have no idea what I am doing, but I know that I can contact support and they will help get me going.
Hopefully this is the beginning of a long relationship.
