This is absurd, hostv claims they install all sorts of add-ons and ofter PREMIUM support, not once have I seen this, especially support tickets or phone support (none).
The add-ons are generally not installed nor configured, then they change your Apache install and PHP without warning, don't include your prior compiled modules, and screwed up my VPS for a while. FALSE ADVERTISING & really terrible support IMHO.
