Best web host I've used to date! After having hopped around for 6 years to multiple different hosts, I found myself with a reseller plan at Cirtex, changed it over to a unmetered plan, then once HostV opened, I tried my first shot at a VPS and won't turn back.
The support is one of the best I've encountered, then again the point of getting the VPS was to take care of all of the issues myself, but somethings are out of my hands such as hardware and connectivity issues. Over the last week I feared I would have to change hosts due to slow download speeds, they fixed the problem and I'm glad I stuck around.
When HostV first opened, there was a licensing issue with VZPP that gave my site some unscheduled downtime, but that was cleared up quickly. Node1 had 1 network issue for a small period of time 2 months ago, but aside from these 2 issues I have had no other downtime.
I will continue to stay with Cirtex/HostV and my next step is dedicated in the future.
