New to VPS hosting

After just having bought a VPS server for the very first time on hostV I was a bit afraid because I have always bought shared hosting before.

I just want to post this message to say that the support is just really amazing.

Not only do they respond extremely quick to a ticket, they are really polite and know exactly what to say.

I felt bad about asking some things in a ticket because I did not know how to do the most simple things. This was no problem for the support, they helped me in every way and were very polite and friendly.

Im very, very happy with the HostV service and I hope I can keep doing business with them for a long time.
