Terrible that I didn't find HostV earlier!

Wow, what an awesome hosting company this is. I've been here about a month and was amazed at the low price of VPS hosting with ROOT access. I'm currently paying another host 3X per year what Hostv charges, and they don't even offer root access.
When I first logged into the WHM, I was WHaMmed. The comprehensive features on the server are amazing and worth the price alone, although a bit overwhelming to someone who knows little about server configuration. But no worries - hostv staff patiently (and QUICKLY) answered my questions. I mean literally MINUTES later. I don't know if they have electric shockers on their seats anytime they get an email or they have a flux capacitor or what, but the response time was awesome, and it's a HUGE factor in me remaining a customer of any host. I think HostV knows this is a big part in retaining revenue in this industry.
Perhaps I'm mistaken about this, but weren't there hundreds of other threads in this section not a month back? I remember someone complaining about how much trouble they were having with the hosting here. For all the haters and cynics, (I was the latter before signing up) this is for you:
EVERY HOST HAS TROUBLE NOW AND THEN. They ALL do. There is no such thing as a hosting company with 100% uptime! Repeat this to yourself the next time your site goes offline for 30 minutes or you see some scathing review from a misanthropic poster.
But that virtually doesn't matter anyway. As soon as I had a problem, hostv was on it right away. Even if they don't correct it on the spot, they let you know immediately that they are working on it. That is what a host should be all about.
I admit I was VERY skeptical at the low price combined with the features you get here (root access), but decided to take the plunge. I'm glad I did. I trust if there is any trouble, hostv will take care of it.
Well, this sure is a glowing review, and perhaps it's too early for me to post this (month into hosting), but I can't help but feel impressed by the speed of the customer service and server tech available to us. I will keep you all updated as time permits.
