My 18 months experience with Cirtex & Hostv

Hello all,
I think its the right time to share my 18 months experience with cirtex company. I started from Reseller and Semi dedicated hosting package, I used Reseller pakckage for more than an year, SD package for 6 months and after that I found my website needs more resources and that time Cirtex recently offered vps and dedicated server so I bought VPS, couldn't stay more than a month because VPS wasn't good for my website, my website needed somewhat powerful server.. and I bought one.

I used dedicated servers from many hosting companies but the dedicated servers I got from hostv are superb right now I have 2 server but soon numbers will increase. No down time at all!

Experience with support
Almost everyone is technical and professional, but few people don't read the message carefully or they ignore certain parts of the message and that cause the delay in resolving issues.
I am impressed with jeff, he is technical support guy and most of my problems were resolved by him.

Finally I would like say thanks to John, he is excellent, friendly and penguin eater person .. lol kidding
