I feel sorry for my poor English

I want to thank the excellent support team that despite some understandable delay they have resolved my tickets superbly

I want to thank Alfred, Jeff, Mark and others who now I cant remember.
They had worked in my new experience with VPS has been successful (I come from resellers account at another provider)

Also thank to Cecilia patience with her help from billing to correct errors on my part.
