Being a newbie to vds, I had no idea how to set anything up. Support was awesome and did everything I needed, so far, to help me get my site up and running.
Some tips to help you get through to customer service:
Only include one problem/issue at a time in the support ticket.
After that issue is fixed, keep the same ticket open and report next problem/issue.
They had me up and running in a few hours and I think I probably messed something up when I tried to set everything up myself.
Thanks again to support for the quick response and help to make this transition from shared hosting to vds easy for a newbie.
