Error with server on installing vivvo cms

Hi
i have got VPS from HostV so i have created an account for my self to install vivvo cms!
but it shows an error on second step of installation.
installation says :

You can't continue instalation process because you server doesn't support creating new files.

the server is on my control.
how can i solve it and install vivvo?

Please try it for your selft....
