Great news - I suddenly noticed that my disk usage % had halved. For a while I was worried that some accounts had been lost or wiped out, but then looked on your website to see that you had given this gift to us all! What a nice shock to get!

I have been submitting support tickets about this from the day this was posted.
I keep asking why my account has now been given the double disk space, and if I am eligible for it I have not - and the support staff just keep brushing over it.
All VPS have been given double disk space already free of charge, please let me know ticket id, that seems bizarre they didnt answer it as all customers were automatically upgraded
