Hi everyone.
I just wanted to make a post and inform you all of changes that are going on behind the scenes.
First off, I have been promoted
! I am now the Operations and Customer Service Manager. John, our fearless leader, is letting me take the reigns for awhile to see what I can do. I want to blow his socks off, but I will need help from you here to do that
In saying that, I know I am only as good as our most unsatisfied customer. As such I want to hear from you. I will be posting shortly regarding focus groups. We would like to hear from people that fall into two categories - Satisfied and Unsatisfied. Please keep an eye out for that post soon.
Second, our affiliate program is going to undergo some drastic changes. An email will be sent to all affiliates with the updates once we have it sorted out. Just a heads up.
Third, We are investigating SolusVM vps solutions. Keep an eye out for that too
Fourth, we will be expanding our services a bit for those that could make use of
SEO services, or website design, or Google Adwords coupons. Whatever we can do to help your business flourish.
And last but not least, we have been beta testing 1h.com programs. There are a few programs there we think would be of benefit to vps and dedicated server users. An email will be sent out shortly about it and how it can help with load issues and/or monitoring of services to avoid the dreaded named and httpd downtime.
All in all hopefully this will be a year of improvements. Hope to see you around.
