How to activate Reverse DNS

Hello,

I found out with a simple email tester that I do not have a reverse dns.

How can I do it ?

I found out that i can edit Exim from advance exim in WHM , but no luck.

Contact and submit a support ticket. Because the IP is owned by HostV and FORTRESS ITX, the datacenter must do it.
