Red5 Publisher Recordings

Can anyone please tell me how I can easily access the RED5 live stream recordings from public_html? Red5 saves the recordings to usr/local/red/webapps/oflaDemo/streams. I know I can access them via the parallels control panel, but I would like to create download links, in public_html, of the contents of the "streams" directory
