We do have backup option currently, but a better fully automated backup option from r1soft is coming along the way very soon

All of our servers are backed up on R1Soft for VPS from now on, we're running seed backups atm.

Hello, I used the offsite FTP backup option through WHM to backup my server - but it no longer functions since the switch to R1Soft...

We are switching all vps nodes to daily backup now and your data should be safe.
