Few questions - HostV Community

OK , I have a question. actually a few. I am a complete newb when it comes to running a server or anything has to do with scripts, msql, etc. I however run a vbulletin forum and i am looking for VPS to better support my forum and its users. i was looking at your company through word of mouth. My question is basic. I am currently with hostgator.Will you transfer my forum and all of its content? I mean to the point where i dont have to do anything? (again, i dont know anything)Will I lose any content? When transferred will it be fully functional when the process is complete? Is your company familiar with vbulletin? also will all my current settings remain the same. vbseo, plugins, etc. is 24 hr phone support part of the package ?

We can transfer your site over no problem, just let us know all login details once your VPS is setup with us. We offer 24/7 support however phone is typically for sales only as technical issues are very hard to resolve via phone, however we can call you and help if anything urgent.
