Questions before I sign-up

I have a few questions before i sign-up and transfer all my websites from another vps to you. If you can answer them please:

If I go for the annual option ($39.99 per month x 12=$479.88 minus 50% off offer = $239.94) but am not satisfied with the support, server performance or something else - will I get a full refund of the amount i paid for the whole year i.e. $239.94 if i request within 30 days of my account activation (30 days from the day all my websites are migrated to your server from knownhost)?

In terms of support, i have read quite a few negative reviews about support that you provide, the responce times to support request and refund issues - is there any truth in the reviews that you customers have placed on hosting review websites ? Will I get a similar support that I get from knownhost as Im a novice and do not know much about most of the things?

Would you migrate all my websites from my current host (includes html, php and other scripts)?

How quickly can you migrate my websites to your server once i confirm the order? what details would you require from me to migrate ?

The extra free double bandwidth, free double RAM offer and 50% off offer - wil these stay for the length of my stay with HostV or will they be removed after a while or after first year ?

Are these VPS servers fully managed ?

Does the VPS support frontpage extensions and websites built on front page ?

Once I have answers to the above questions, i'll be happy to sign up for VPS service VZ1.

Its been 12 hours since this post and over 15 hrs since the ticket but no replies as yet.

Am starting to wonder if the sales support works o weekends?

How quickly can you migrate my websites to your server once i confirm the order? what details would you require from me to migrate ? For how long my websites wont be available to be seen during the process of migration?

This all depends on the size of your website(s) and how your previous host is setup and their speed for download and speed of the port on which your previous host uses.

We typically start the migration process within 24hrs of you contacting us so that's not a problem.
