Hi

You can use 50promo if it is indeed a new order and it should be no problem

Thats nice wasn't sure as cirtex is your sister company
Just transfered funds to my paypal account, will take some days. Once my funds show up how should i proceed, will my site from cirtex be automatically transfered?

To upgrade in your case from shared to vps, you would order the vps from the hostv website. Once you receive your welcome email with the login details for the vps, you can fill in the migration form at the url below to have your site moved from shared to vps. Once the transfer is complete, you confirm all files have been moved successfully, then you can cancel your shared.

In step 2 of the ordering form should i choose "I will update my nameservers on an existing domain Or I will register a new domain." as i already have 2 domains on my cirtex account?

Existing domain should be the best option, since you already have domain w/ us

I opened a ticket for this some hours ago and got the same reply! The form wont except my domain unless i cancel it first, but that is the opposite of Cecilia's instructions above!

Ill just wait for a new response to the ticket

I think a solution was found. Being in a different timezone (+2 gmt in my case) results in slow communication as im not online during US business hours!
