Im planning on upgrading my VZ1 plan to VZ3 plan. My question is.. Is the load average of VZ3 is much way better than the VZ1? and if i upgrade my plan to VZ3 am i eligible for the coupon code promo? coz on my vz1 plan i didnt use any coupon code at all. Hope someone can answer all of these before i go on my upgrade plan.

Hi,

Upgrades we can definitely do some discount as long as it is within the current payment cycle. In terms of load average that depends on your usage, however an upgrade from VZ1 to VZ3 should decrease load or increase your resource power in terms of both storage & ram capacity for sure.

Since you didnt use the coupon code when you signed up -yes we can apply it to your upgrade.
A VZ3 can handle more processes because it has a lot more RAM. So yes definately an improvement to VZ1.
