VZ2 questions

Hello, I am interested in trying the VZ2, but I have a few questions and concerns before I hit the order button.

About the 50PROMO, How long do we have until it expires?

It is going to take me more than 30days to see if VZ2 is right for me. I’d like to try VZ2 on a month2month first before I commit to a year of service. Can I do that and still use the 50promo if/when I decide to commit for a year? If not, what do you suggest ? Will you give refund for time not use if I sign for a year?

I am currently using Debian. If I don’t like CENTOS, can I wipe it out and install debian?

Will there there be any charges to restore data from your RAID protected Backups?

If certain application in my site requires a specific version of php or mysql, can I install that particular version?

If I have a script that needs to access mysql DB from a remote site, will I have any issues?

What is the process like of moving me from my current HOST to yours?

VZ2 comes with 2000G bandwidth, What do you mean by no bandwidth overcharges?

In regards to 50PROMO, it should be around for a while but no specifics

As for your plan, you can upgrade monthly -> yearly payment cycle by contacting us, and you can be refunded as well no problem.

For our VPS, we currently only support CENTOS, debian is supported if you want dedicated server, but VPS we want to keep it simple.

As for RAID Backup, it is free restores but only please use it for urgent situations.

As for php/mysql, we will take care of it, if you have specifics, just contact us. Same for MySQL DB remote we can enable it in your VPS, just contact us.

In terms of migration, please contact our support department, we will review it and let you know, it should be easy process, just be sure to include all login credentials.

For your VZ-2, you can over-use the 2000gb bandwidth in one month by let's say 50gb, we will not overcharge you like many hosts do!

What is the relation between cirtex and hostv? I clicked on the order page this morning and it took me to some cirtex site...If I were to order, would I be ordering from a different company or Hostv ?

will the order page give me the option to add the 50promo couon ?

when it is time to renew, VZ2, is it the full price or the promo price on a yrlly payment plan ?

At the renewal date, the price returns to the regular rate without promo. The promo is only good toward the first payment.
