Move from CirtexHosting to HostV

hi currently have 1 accounts at CirtexHosting and would like to know if I would be able to move them to one Virtual Server account here. accounts are paid up until next year so there's no rush, but I was wondering if it would be possible with minimal interuption of service when the time come I wanted to know if you can install Camfrog server to open a videochat on virtual servers. Thanks!

Hi the only interruption you should get is that of the Nameserver change which takes between 12 & 72 hours (Usually quicker). As you have paid up for hosting on Cirtex i think John said you can that credited to here as an account. I'm not sure so don't quote me on it.

As for Cam frog i have tried to find the requirements and i can't find them on there website so i cannot tell you for sure.

Please post the requirements for Camfrog so we can determine if it can be run on a VPS.

Also, we can completely move your account from Cirtex to your VPS once it is set up. After you have received your login information for your VPS you can request that we start the transfer.

To answer your other question, we can credit your account for any unused time on your previous shared account. Once you have been completely moved to the VPS you will need to request cancellation for the shared account and we can credit you as needed then.

If you are trying to install that software on your VPS you may want to look for an installation guide that will assist you with the process. If you would like we can install that software on your VPS for you for $25. Let us know if you would like to proceed with this.
