A few questions ... Greetings,
First off, I sent an email to your sales dept. and I rec'd an automated response with a ticket number and a link a page with HOSTV's response, however, when I
clicked on said link I rec'd an error message stating that I did not have enough permissions and to enter my username and password which I do not have because I was not provided with such in said automated email.
So, I tried creating a helpdesk ticket but I could not because I was required to enter an IP and root password which I do not have because I'm not as yet a client of HOSTV.
Maybe I missed something but it seems like a few catch-22's to me.

Anyway, here's another attempt at getting answers to my 4 questions that I
submitted 8 days ago.
Just below is my initial email/questions to HOSTV and the note I added
when I tried to submit a new ticket.

On ... 05/22/`08 ... I emailed a few questions to your

rec'd my email. However, when I click on the link in
your confirmation email that is supposed to lead me
to your response to my email/questions, I encounter
an error page so I cannot access your response and
you didn't provide me with a username and password
so I could actually gain access to your resoonse.
Just below the dotted line (below), please read and
respond to my questions so I can sign up for one of
your VDS accounts or sign up with another hosting
service.

Im interested (-to start with-) your VZ1 VDS
account option. I do have a few (4) questions
A) - I own a multi-user autoresponder script
(-Varpro-) and I don't offer individual AR accounts
to the public. I do, however, provide my downline
with individual, limited AR accounts so they can
send my pre-set 'Welcome' and 'Getting Started'
text email to their new members.
Also, occasionally, I upload a fresh double opt-in,
targeted email list of 500 to 10,000 recipients and
send my message to said list but mostly, my AR
script is used to help my downline grow their biz.
Also, anyone subscribing to an AR is required to
confirm their registration via email.
We are CAN-SPAM compliant and my overall AR
usage is rather low.
So, my question is this; will I be able to use my
AR script with a VZ1 VDS account?
B) What version of cPanel is included?
Just
curious, as I wanted to know if it is the same v.
as one of my other hosts, which Im already
familiar with.
C) Im assuming that I can have unlimited
domains and sub-domains on my VZ1 VDS
account should I sign up is this true?
Just
want to be sure as I wasnt able to confirm
such on your site.
D) I see that you offer/include site migration.
Typically, what is the time frame from, say, once
I sign up to when the migration takes place?
The main reason why Im asking is because if I
sign up for a VZ1 account, I will also sign up to
become an affiliate of HOSTV and I believe site
migration will be a tempting feature/inducement
for potential clients.
Also, the fact that you offer site migration, I believe,
is a clue that you are a service oriented company.
