Default Red5 and Rayzz running guarantee ?

Hi There, I was wondering if you can tell me do the virtual servers have red5 installed on them by default ? because you see at the moment i'm looking to upgrade my site from clipshare to rayzz as its much better.

I've put rayzz on everything seems to work apart from video playback Also I've paid for a year's shared hosting in advance and its a shame for that to go waste would i get some sort of partial refund on unused months if i upgrade to VPS ?

thanks and i hope you can answer my questions

You would get a partial credit when upgrading from Cirtex to HostV service. As well, we can install Red5 for a one-time $25 installation fee.

If you have any further questions please let us know.

Yep, just E-Mail billing@cirtexhosting.com when you are ready to upgrade. Mention your new plan, billing term (monthly or yearly), and coupon code if necessary. Also include your old hosting account information (domain name, username), and for verification your original account signup password. And we will then update you once the upgrade has been completed.

Hi again, I've been talking to the guy who is doing the design for me and he suggested that we get a vps and have red 5 installed on so that the vps can handle the video streaming and uploading but we still keep the shared package host for the website, forums, audio, blogs e.t.c that way the site wont suffer from too much slow down and we dont use all the disk space all at once, the videos will probably be the most popular anyway. if we do it this way then we wont have issues of transferring the databases over and stuff

would this be better then putting all the strain on one server ?

tell me what you think

Sounds like it'd work just fine, as long as the backend can be updated properly then this should work very well. Although, it is not a problem for us to transfer your site to your new VPS, we can do this without causing any downtime and there would be little to no data loss (only data loss is from site adjustments between the time the site is relocated and the time the nameserver updates are complete).

ahh good i'm glad you think its a good idea as i think it is too, all i gotta arrange is for you guys to stick red5 on it as my designer said his connection is slow and its over 80mb to upload which will take him hours

Could i also pay for it using my other credit card ? that way i can pay off the $400 in my own time so it dont leave me short to do my driving lessons

would i need to email billing as its a new account in a way ?

Yep, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover as payment for all of our services. =)

You can use the Order links on the VZ page at http://hostv.com/virtual.shtml to go through the order process. Just make sure to login using the same E-Mail & password as for your Cirtex account, so it is maintained under the same billing account.

order processed it was actually 50% off so i was very pleased as i can still do my driving lessons so i didnt have to pay for vps on my credit card after all.

$239 is only around £120 so its very good value of course next year it will be around $450 but i can afford that then its just i want to drive to i can expand my business

I'm so happy
