Default Question about wildcard subdomains

Hi, I need to be able to setup "wildcard" dns to grab all subdomains and point them ("*.domain.com. A 1.2.3.4".). Is this something that can be setup using the control panel or by Hostv?

I'd be willing to transfer my domain to hostv if it would makes this somehow easier (currently my domain is registered with godaddy).

I also read somewhere that an alternative if I can't control the DNS thru hostv, is to change the nameservers and use a 3rd party DNS service. Is changing the nameservers for my site something that's possible?

Thanks.
