How long was transfer fo account from Cirtex to HostV?

I just want to know how much longer once they will transfer all your your files, databases, account from Cirtex to HostV?
Actually I just purchased like 24hours now (after a day long of Cirtex suspending my account) and wondering why they still not transfer my account. I already send ticklets like 12hours now followup the transfer on my account and reply to me that they will inform me when they are going to transfer my files but until now they still dont reply back to me. Anybody know faster service than HostV? like apthost? or any ffmpeg host? any reply is highly appreciated.

Do you have a ticket ID you can give me?
Please note that it depends on how much data you have and your place in queue. We do our best to keep up with the requests though. So please do advise on a ticket id and I can check for an update for you.

And also one question do you really need to remove my files from old server before moving it to new server? why not just copy it while moving to new server? so at least people can still access my site.

Thanks! it looks good now but I experience problem changing the nameserver (I have no idea I need to do a lot of works and research setting up everything) and I already send ticket 12 hours ago using the same ticket number as above, please reply to my ticket. Any help is really appreciated.
