CentOS Version?

Is there any plan to ever start making new VPS packages run CentOS 5? This could possibly already be done as I bought my VPS months ago, but it was still CentOS 4.7 so I am assuming that is still what the default is.

Hi

New VPSes are on Centos 5, but the older ones are on Centos 4.7. If you want to switch over, please contact support, the process may require a reinstall of the VPS however.

So this would require my entire VPS to be re-built? Causing the sites to go down and files to be migrated and whole new WHM/cPanel config?

Please let me know what CentOS version I'm running.

please contact support and we'll check. We can definitely upgrade you to CENTOS 5 if you're having a reinstall if you're not already on centos 5.
