I see a lot of people using avatars of celebrities and such, but isn't that against copyright laws?

I guess it is, but who really takes notice? Most celebrities are glad for the extra exposure.

Anything on the net is like a free for all and there isn't much anyone can do about it unless they specifically write you to take it down.

That doesn't make it right. I've heard that argument before and i don't buy it.

There are so many in the tons of celebrities of artwork that if they tried to do anything about it they would take years to get it all.
