Is there really such a thing? If so where can I get that! All the searches lead to crap.

Most of what I've seen online is false. There isn't such a thing. By false I mean they are just scams to get you to download something that does not work.

This is all a myth. The way IE is integrated into Windows you will not be able to make it portable. Try Opera.
