I do not think that is realistic, if you are without water for that long you're basically dead.

In the article I read the doctors that checked him said he was several y dehydrated so it wasn't an act.

You can survive for a very long time in extreme cases. Maybe he was unconscious or sleeping most of the time.

I read about that and the doctors said it is possible to survive, its just not likely so this guy is probably just one of the lucky few to make it this long after. Today makes a month since the quake.

Countries in the state of Haiti rarely recover because its all based on the people and their mentality. Now if you have a people like the Japanese then there will be a quick recovery.
