The dead in Haiti

Man that earthquake was something else but did I get it right that hundreds of thousands died or was it just tens of thousands? Even that number seems high.

Its horrible plus they had another earthquake at 6.1 today again.

Its normal to have many little aftershocks after the first major earthquake. Too bad it isn't the other way around so at least you have some kind of warning.

Since the beginning of this thread they had several earthquakes of various sizes. It must be like reliving the terror again and again.

That is just horrific it is like an apocalyptic event. I'm sure they thought the world was ending.

What I feel sorry for is all the children who cannot take care of themselves. People abusing them and they dying on the streets doesn't seem right to me at all.

I don't think they had much of choice. The people there are dying they don't need to know they have debts to pay too.
