Do you guys think she is fair? I'm watching some of her cases and I don't know.

No she is not fair at all! There are plenty of cases where she doesn't even give the person a chance to talk.

She is an eagle for truth and some of those people try to get one on her and she has to show them who the boss is, or as she puts it - it is her play pen.

Some cases I clap her for and others I left with my mouth open. Then again she has the experience so she might be seeing something I don't.

The best part is when she has to put people out, you have to wonder why they would embarrass themselves on national TV like that.

They get paid to be there, let's not forget that. They get money, hotel, meals and all that so for them the money is worth it.

So whether they win or lose they still get paid or is it only if they win their case?

If they win the case then they are awarded the money. The loser does not actually have to pay, that's more reason for them to show up.

That guy Bird that is supposed to be the bailiff, what is it he's always writing?

I read once that he is doing crosswords. He must be really bored standing there. I don't see how with Judge Judy shouting right there.
