Mexican Food

Thing with street food is the hygiene and no standards so be careful. I know its not the case with everyone but it can be with most people.

Don't think its just with street food, even restaurants have their problems.

What about Mexican food in Mexico itself? I understand from people who have been there that its way different than what we get here.

That's true. We eat a lot of foods that are nothing like the original. For instance Chinese food is nothing like how it is in China.

I would love to taste some authentic Mexican food to see the difference but I don't know anyone from Mexico and don't plan to visit there anytime soon either.

You don't have to know either. Just look up a list of restaurants in your local phone book, there must be at least one.

I think I will work on taking a trip to Mexico one of these days to try it out.
