Well if you have a direct sales site with a product that everyone wants then you're going to make the most money.

I was thinking of non product based sites that I can start right away without worrying about shipping and handling.

Game servers usually rack it in. Just add a really bad ass site and you will make $$$. You do need a big initial investment though.

Exchange link sites can do pretty well if you use if for advertising space or something similar.

I think as the economy slows down people use multiple sites for money and not just one in particular.

I think it is not so much about a particular site but just having yourself in a bit of everything!

Sites offering products and services will always make you the most money but the main thing is the amount of competition out there - it is a lot!

I've been looking at Ebay sites as a particular interest or in other words conversion sites that give you a commission.

Ebay sites? You mean those sites that basically point you to Ebay? That is something this guy who owns DP used to do and he got caught with it.
