Those lawsuits are frivolous they aren't going to get anywhere with that because the pope is untouchable.

I'm sure there are but they would protect their own. Just because they are priests doesn't mean they can't be prosecuted by the local authorities.

I doubt there will be any significant justice. Nuns and priests are known to beat children all the time.
