Cpanel Backup slows other things?

If I make a full backup on Cpanel does that slow other parts of my websites?

It shouldn't if you're on a good host, if you're not then better switch fast.

It might if you'reo n shad hosting but it shouldn't if you're on a VPS.

During the actual process if you have HUGE sites then you will notice a slowdown but for the typical user nothing should be noticeable.

I will have to keep that in mind. Sometimes I wonder if other people' backups slow me down.

Only if you are using a shared account. If you are on a VPS there is no way this shoul happen. If it does contact support.
