What's the best way to stop them if they can fill in all the registration forms correctly?

Make life difficult for them. The hardest things for them to do is write English properly and hide their IP.

Too true! You can always tell when one of them are on your forum because they say such odd things.

Here is some of what they do:

1. Always try to post a link
2. Thank you for your pot
3. Have a signature with links

They also talk out of turn. If the thread is about the latest video game they will just start talking about cars or something else.
