Can someone tell me the best way to merge two css files? Just getting started and would love the help. Learning a lot googling, but would also like some guidance.

Merge it in what way? Are you trying to get one site to look like another site? If so you will need to edit more than just the CSS file.

They try all kinds of methods to get in on forums but probably gave up when they realized they couldn't post any links.

One thing about spammers... they are consistent. I wish I could get forum members that were just as consistent.

Make sure the styles do not cancel out each other because then it will not work out properly.

Yes because one style at the top of a style sheet will be ignored if you have the same style name repeated lower down.
