Between Correl vs. Microsoft for graphics which one is better?

I like them both but because Photoshop is more popular I tend to use that because of all the plugins available.

I will have to agree with Wilber/ photoshop has become so popular now that the saying "Is it photoshopped?" has stuck.

I know what you mean. I think it just became a catchy Hollywood phrase because they didn't want to be bothered with saying the true name.

You can't beat the plugins that Photoshop has. you may get other features but not a vast amount of plugins.

I think you only need plugins when you don't have the skills. I mean they are neat and all that but you can do a lot of things without needing a plugin.

A graphic artist friend of mine use to like to say that Photoshop plugins are for amateurs but they really do help for us less talented artists.

Most talented people tend to be like that but it does not take away from the usefulness of the plugin.
