Is Japan's problem affecting computer prices?

I went to buy a part today and the dealer tells me there is a slight increase because they are getting trouble with shipments from Japan.

I haven't seen any cost overruns on my local market, why have you?

There was a lot of talk of that happening but Japan is a fast mover and production in a lot of places has already started back.
