Caribbean people unable to access my site

Hello,

I'm having some issue where people in the caribbean are having trouble getting on to my site. The site is visible to anyone in the US just those in the Caribbean having trouble.

Any idea what's causing this and how I can resolve it?

It would help if you can tell us what exactly is the problem, what kind of error they get, etc and which part of the Caribbean. Thanks.

They are getting to error message per say, they simply can't get on to the site sometimes. Sometimes they can log on to the site, other times a blank page comes up as if they the site does not exist.

What browser are they using? A lot of people use IE and they cannot access some of my sites, you should find out that.

I know for sure one user was using IE and couldn't get on, but he also tried Chrome and FF and got the same results.

The weird thing about it is that sometimes he can get on. Most of the day today he was unable to access the site. It wasn't until around 9:30pm tonight that he was able to get on.

This problem only started happening recently after I moved over to a dedicated server.

Baigan did you contact your server and if you did what they said may be the problem? Sounds like something on your side.

HostV is my hosting and I contacted them about it.

Glad to hear you got this problem solved, could you share what was the issue? It may help others in a similar situation.

According to tech support there were some misconfiguration in the zone file causing the issue which they corrected.
