ISO CD to DVD

Is it possible to make an ISO from a CD and then burn the content to DVD and have it run the same?

Yes, that is not a problem, you need to make sure the ISO shows that 100% of space was used or it might not work.

It depends on how the CD code is written, not sure it can be done with encoded CDs.
